打羽毛球要避免六大误区(Avoid six misunderstandings to play badminton)

在经常打球的女性中,有不少都是把羽毛球当成自己健身、减肥的最佳途径。可不是嘛,在健身房和那些铁疙瘩打交道,哪里比得上在球场上与三五好友打打球有意思啊,不过,打羽毛球时也要小心不要被一些所谓的健身理念误导。

  出汗越多,减肥就越成功

  误区:打球锻炼时,自己一滴汗也没出,而同伴却汗流浃背,为此感到既焦虑又沮丧。

  事实:不必担忧,科学研究证明,流汗消耗的是水、盐分和矿物质,而不是脂肪。锻炼时出不出汗,与是否消耗脂肪没有关系。

  反正在打球锻炼,尽兴吃喝问题不大

  误区:许多人高兴地想,因为我打球健身了,可以不用再去节食减肥了。

  事实:尽管从事任何体育锻炼,身体确实会消耗掉更多的热量和碳水化合物,但并不意味着对所有食物大开绿灯。关键是要保持营养平衡,多吃水果、蔬菜、纤维素、谷物及瘦肉。只有在饮食和健身之间保持科学的平衡,才可能达到最佳锻炼效果——明显地减去赘肉并改善身体状况。

  超负重锻炼效果更好

  误区:如果我们观察得仔细些,就会发现有的女士打球时在脚踝上带着小重物进行锻炼,以便消耗更多的脂肪。

  事实:过量的负重可能造成肌肉和关节的损伤以及肢体的畸形,包括脊柱变形等。

  停止锻炼会比以前要胖

  误区:很多人认为一旦停止锻炼,就会变得比以前胖很多,多人因此对打球健身望而却步。

  事实:其实,只有举重这一类锻炼所形成的肌肉块,才会在停止锻炼后的第二周开始减少。而通过有氧运动,包括坚持多年的打球、游泳、长跑、有氧操、步行和骑马等活动练出的肌肉块减少得比较缓慢。当然,这样的肌肉块也不是永恒的。保持肌肉持久不变的惟一办法是在生活中保持有规律的健身锻炼和有节制的饮食。

  穿塑身衣打球减肥效果更好

  误区:有些女性认为打球时再穿上塑身衣或紧身衣能让自己出更多的汗,消耗更多的脂肪。



  事实:医学专家通过研究发现,60%的妇科疾病与穿着塑身衣有关。特别是在打球锻炼过程中,穿塑身衣会影响排汗,而且,穿塑身衣还会直接影响血液循环系统,使腰部和下肢血液循环不畅,易发生腰肌劳损、下肢静脉曲张、下肢水肿等疾患,还会出现头晕等症状。

  总而言之,言而总之,打球健身时,不可被那些似是而非的健身理念所迷惑。其实,在心里记住一条就够了:贵在持之以恒。
